What is a Wellness Check?
A Wellness Check is a lifestyle and physical assessment designed to help people achieve their optimal health and performance potential. Many roads lead to the Wellness Check – it can be a great place to start if you are interested in beginning to exercise, or it can be a continuation of your journey post injury or following surgery.
